Verzendbeleid

After receiving your order, Ibu Jewels will process your order. The items that are in stock will be delivered directly. Should the unexpected occur that, despite the words "in stock", the product was not available (this might occur in the exceptional case of two simultaneous, equal orders), we will contact you immediately. You will be informed about the expected delivery, or maybe you have seen an alternative product. If an item is not deliverable right away, then you will be informed by email about the expected delivery time.

Orders paid, will be delivered within 1-3 working days. Your order will be packaged with the utmost care and sent to your specified delivery address. The shipment will be handled by UPS, Post NL or DHL and will be sent by registered mail.
