Order & Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments through AMEX, Apple Pay, Google Pay, iDeal, Mastercard, Maestro, PayPal, QPay and VISA.
How long does it take to process my order?
After receiving your order, Ibu Jewels will process your order. The items that are in stock will be delivered directly. Should the unexpected occur that, despite the words "in stock", the product was not available (this might occur in the exceptional case of two simultaneous, equal orders), we will contact you immediately. You will be informed about the expected delivery, or maybe you have seen an alternative product. If an item is not deliverable right away, then you will be informed by email about the expected delivery time.
Can my order be wrapped up as a present?
Yes, it can. All items are delivered in our own custom made IBU Jewels gift bag.
Shipping & Return policy
How long does shipping take?
Orders paid, will be delivered within 1-3 working days. Your order will be packaged with the utmost care and sent to your specified delivery address. The shipment will be handled by Post NL and will be sent by registered mail.
Will my order fit through my mailbox?
Yes, your order will fit in your mailbox.
What is your refund policy?
We are sorry when you are not happy with your purchase! You can return all or part of your order within 7 workdays of receiving your order. Provided that the item is unused, unworn and undamaged (trying is allowed) and that you have your receipt.
What are the costs for returning an order?
You are responsible for your own return package. Please make sure that you send it by registered mail, so it's traceable. The return address is:

When will I get refunded?
After receiving your return in our returns-department, we will process the return immediately.
Can I exchange my order for something else?
Yes, you can. Please contact us within 5 workdays after receiving your order.
I just placed an order, but I would like to change it, is that possible?
Yes, you can, please contact us as soon as possible, so that we can make sure you will receive the correct order.
Why should I buy jewelry from Ibu Jewels?
Because of our close partnership and our dedication to craftsmanship,
we ensure the highest quality in our products. Each bracelet is crafted from high quality leather and complemented with plated gold, 925 Sterling silver and semi-precious gems in a variety of colours. The beads we use are of the highest quality Miyuki beads.
Can I bath, shower and swim with IBU Jewels jewelry?
In order to keep your jewelry beautiful, we advise you not to bath, shower or swim with your jewelry. All our jewelry is handmade with semiprecious stones and Miyuki beads. For the bracelets we use high quality leather. It would be a shame if it loses quality because it gets wet.
How do I keep my jewelry nice?
Make sure you are careful with sunscreen and perfume. Both sunscreen and perfume can darken and stain your jewelry. We advise you to take your jewelry of when sunbathing and to put on your jewelry after you put on perfume. Some of our products are brass on the inside and 14k gold plated with a special powder coating. Our gold plating is of the best quality we can offer. Gold plating is the process where a thin layer of gold is bonded onto a base brass metal. By taking proper care of gold plated jewelry you can extend its life. Please use these steps:
- Keep gold plated jewelry away from chemicals, oils and make up.
- Take off gold plated jewelry before swimming and bathing.
- Do not spray on perfume while wearing your gold plated jewelry. Wear your jewelry after you have sprayed on your favourite perfume.
Within time it could happen that the colour will fade a bit because it is gold plated, but the base material is brass. This means that the colour will mostly still the same.
Which materials do you use?
We use the highest quality of Miyuki beads, semiprecious stones, freshwater pearls and soft leather. Next to that, our bracelets come with a brass gold plated IBU button or brass gold-plated chains.
Will my rings make my fingers turn green?
Brass may have an effect on your skin. That being said, everyone reacts differently to metals.
What should I do when a piece of jewelry breaks?
If it happens within a month of your purchase, please contact us by email: email@example.com and attach your receipt, detailed information about how it broke and a picture of your piece of jewelry.
Do the colours of the bracelets in the pictures match with the real colours?
It is possible that some colours look different because of your screen, but we will do everything to make sure we publish the right colours.
